Marco Caridad is a bilingual Creative and Cultural Director based between Miami and Vieques, Puerto Rico. For more than 14 years, he has developed brand systems, integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and public-facing programs across hospitality, tourism, technology, and culture.
His selected project experience includes Hard Rock International, Google Cloud Next ’23, Visit Florida through The Rodríguez Group, Delta Air Lines and Hawaiian Airlines through JeffreyGroup, and Meditab Software.
As Artistic Director of Miami International Fine Arts, Marco led a complete institutional rebrand and the growth of its resident artist community from 2 to 24 artists with an active waiting list. He currently directs branding, communications, logistics, and production for six exhibitions and public programs each month.
Through Caridad Studio, he partners with hotels, restaurants, cultural organizations, and destination-driven businesses to create brands that feel rooted in place and meaningful to the people they serve.
His background as an interdisciplinary artist informs an approach that combines strategic clarity, cultural sensitivity, and hands-on creative execution.
